Lessons

Owner, Lisa Abernathy, and Barn Manager, Raegan Martin, will provide quality instruction for beginner through advanced riders.

We specialize in the areas of Hunt Seat, Dressage, and Western because we want you to be able to pick which type of riding you prefer. We also pride ourselves at being able to offer lessons on gaited or trotting horses at all skill levels.

We work with child and adult riders and have private and group lessons available for ages 5 and up. Group lessons consist of between 2 and 5 riders of similar age and skill level.

Once basic horsemanship and riding skills have been established we offer opportunities to lease, show, or travel to area trails on our lesson horses. This gives you the opportunity to decide if horse ownership is for you without going head first into the responsibility and expense of actually purchasing your first horse. This is a great opportunity for families that are afraid their child may grow out of horses.
