For Sale Only:
Malibu: $1500

Malibu is a 7 year old, 13.1 hand, Appy/Haflinger cross. He is for sale for for such a deal because his owner just left to go to Clemson. He can jump a 2'6" course and has gone as high as 3 foot with the ability to go even higher! He would do best for a child that can already w,t,c independantly and is ready to move up from cross rails. He is not phased by flower boxes, brush boxes, walls, oxers, etc. His heart is in jumping! He likes to have one person to call his own. He would make a great Medium Pony for a Pony Clubber or a 4-H project pony! A small teen could go a long way with Malibu as their partner. He is also stocky enough for adults to ride too! Pony Eventing Prospect!

Miss Zana

Zana is a pretty, quiet, gentle, uncomplicated, sweet mare. She is easy to ride. Currently used as a lesson horse for the first time riders, both adults and children. Very comfortable Walk, Trot, and canter. She is not lazy or balky, just very laid back. Great safety factor and manners. Gentle enough for kids and big enough for adults. She was also formerly used as a roping horse. Trust worthy to take out first time trail riders. Goes through water, not scared of dogs, not aggressive with other horses. Rides the same if you ride every day or once every few months. Relaxed, nonchalant outlook on life. Easy keeper, kept current and UTD on all. No vices.
Registration papers were lost by previous owner but she is a Zans Parr Bar, mare.

Moonshine
is a palomino Rocky Mountain gelding and he measures 14.2 hands tall. He is suitable for beginner riders and is stocky enough for riders up to 250 lbs.
He is an excellent trail horse. He navigates trails easily and can follow the trail on his own or he has no problem "trail blazing" with more experienced riders. He loves to cross water and will go in up to his chest. He is not frightened of dogs or deer. He has even been swarmed by yellow jackets and stood still only quivering while being stung! Although, he is not a typical jumping horse, he will take small jumps on the trail without hesitation or he can walk over obstacles up to his chest-whichever, you prefer!
Mooney happens to be my personal favorite because of his ability to find his way back! All you have to do is loop the reins on the saddle horn and watch for obstacles. Moony can get back to the horse trailer or the farm without any guidance from his rider. He can do this with familiar trails and in places he has never been to before. This is a truly trail broke gelding and he is a lot of fun and most importantly very safe.
Mooney is perfect for riders who are new to horses or have lost their confidence with horses. He has no buck, rear, bite, or bolt. He has great feet, no health problems. Trailer loads great (straight or slant load). Clips no problem, bathes great, stands for farrier (he has also been hot shoed-dosen't care about smoke or grinding) and is great for the vet. He is easy to de-worm and not hard to catch.

Ruby
is a blood bay Quarab mare. She stands 14.1 hands tall. Ruby is best suited for a sensitive intermediate rider.
She has a lot of go and a lot of whoa! Which makes a very fun ride for a more experienced or confident rider.
Ruby can go English or western. She actually placed forth at her first show in English GAP with only 35 days under saddle training! She has an Arab Pleasure headset and is a real head turner under saddle.
She has no buck, rear,or bite. Has great feet, no health problems, trailer loads great (straight or slant load), bathes great, stands for farrier (she has also been hot shoed-dosen't care about smoke or grinding). She is also easy to de-worm and not hard to catch.

Rick-o-shay's Echo
(Ricky)-is a sorrel, Missouri Fox Trotter, gelding and he stands 15.1 hands. He requires an advanced beginner rider and can handle riders up to 300 lbs.
He is a great horse for trail or show. He is very laid back and has a great personality. He crosses water and navigates trails well. He is comfortable in front or behind. He will walk slowly or he can gait all day.
He travels with a head set, side passes, leg yields, turns on the haunches, and can back in a pattern. He places well in trail classes! He has been to several shows and is well behaved in the show ring.
Fox Trotters are actually bred to work cattle and while it is unusual to see one in this area, Ricky has gone to cattle sorting (team penning) events. He is very responsive without getting too hot. He is a great horse to learn on.
Great feet, no health problems. Trailer loads great (straight or slant load). Clips no problem, bathes great, stands for farrier (can be hot shoed-dosen't care about smoke or grinding) and is good for the vet He is easy to de-worm and is the easiest to catch. Actually, you will have a harder time not catching Ricky!
